Worawari gantung, kembang sepatu gantung, atau kembang sepatu sungsang (Hibiscus schizopetalus (Mast.) Hook. f.) merupakan tumbuhan kerabat dekat kembang sepatu. Tumbuhan ini biasa dijumpai di pekarangan, untuk menghias sudut atau sebagai komponen pagar.

Secara botani, worawari gantung tidak banyak berbeda dengan kembang sepatu. Daunnya relatif lebih kecil dan jarang. Demikian pula habitusnya. Warna daun cenderung lebih terang daripada kembang sepatu.

Bunganya sangat khas meskipun bentuknya menyerupai bunga kembang sepatu. Posisi bunga selalu menggantung ke bawah karena tangkainya panjang. Ujung ginofornya membelok ke atas. Kelopak bunga berwarna merah dengan tepi bercuping ke dalam tajam, sehingga seperti disobek-sobek. Tumbuhan ini belum dimuliakan sehingga warna petalnya selalu merah.

Seperti juga kembang sepatu, tumbuhan ini hampir tidak pernah menghasilkan buah dan biji. Perbanyakan dilakukan dengan stek atau pencangkokan.
