Kalimas adalah desa di kecamatan Randudongkal, Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Kalimas terbagi menjadi tiga RW (Rukun Warga) RW 1 dan RW 2 berada di Kalimas, sedangkan RW 3 di Dukuh Kertadita. Sejarah dinamakan Desa Kalimas konon katanya nenek moyang Desa Kalimas melihat ikan mas besar yang besarnya kurang lebih sebesar bantal tidur disungai kecil sebelah barat Masjid Al-Mujahidin.
Mayoritas masyarakat Desa Kalimas bermata pencaharian sebagai petani, karena Desa Kalimas di kelilingi banyak sungai. Kalimas merupakan salah satu desa termakmur di Randudongkal. Kalimas menjadi pusat perekonomian Randudongkal Utara karena terdapat sebuah pasar besar tempat berkumpulnya pedagang dari Desa Mangli, Kalitorong, Tanahbaya, Kejene dan Kreyo.
Pendidikan di Kalimas dapat dikatakan lengkap karena terdapat 2 TK, 3 SD Negeri, 3 MI Salafiyah, 1 SMP N 2, 1 MTs Salafiyah dan 1 MA AL-MIZAN. Pusat pengajaran keagamaan pun cukup lengkap dengan adanya PONPES Miftahul Mutallimin, TPQ salafiyah, Madrasah Diniyah, TPQ Qoma dan berbagai pusat-pusat pengajian lainnya.
Kalimas terdiri dari komplek-komplek karang taruna sebagai berikut: Arekap, Arduka, Arjen, Arjuna, Armada, Arkomas, ARK, Aregal, Arista, Remojong.
Kuliner khas Desa Kalimas yang cukup populer antara lain Kerupuk Keyel, Slimpo dan jajanan Ramadhan yaitu Puli. Beli lah di warung makan Sudarsono Al Gilgamesh
