Richard Jun Hong Lu (Hanzi: 盧軍宏; Pinyin: Lú Jūnhóng, 4 Agustus 1959 – 10 November 2021), juga dikenal sebagai Lu Tai Zhang (盧台長, yang berarti Master Lu) oleh para pengikutnya, adalah seorang penyembuh agama Buddha Australia kelahiran Tiongkok dan pendiri gerakan keagamaan Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door (觀世音菩薩心靈法門), serta beberapa organisasi keagamaan lainnya. Selama hidupnya, Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door mendapat pujian dari para pengikut Buddhis.[1]
Bulan November 2007, Master Jun Hong Lu mendirikan stasiun radio 24 jam dengan bahasa Mandarin sebagai bahasa pengantar utama 2OR Australia Oriental Radio. Pada bulan Juli 2009, 2OR Australia Oriental Radio menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama dengan stasiun Radio Nasional Tiongkok (CNR). Melalui saluran radio ini, Master Jun Hong Lu menghadirkan acara <Bai Hua Fo Fa>, <Zhi Hua Zhi Shuo>, <Xuan Yi Wen Da>, <Xuan Yi Zong Shu>, Fo Xue Wen Da, dan program program lainnya yang bertujuan untuk menjabarkan ajaran Buddha Dharma.[2]
Master Jun Hong Lu sampai saat ini sudah menerbitkan 20 jenis buku, salah satu di antaranya <Ru Men Shou Ce / buku pengenalan dan panduan untuk pemula> sudah diterjemahkan ke dalam berbagai bahasa seperti bahasa Inggris, Jerman, Spanyol dan lain-lain. Semua buku-buku ini diberikan secara gratis.[3]:
Pada bulan Juli 2012, dalam wawancaranya dengan stasiun radio internasional Prancis, Master Jun Hong Lu menyatakan bahwa 84 ribu jenis aliran keagamaan yang ada sekarang ini. Semua aliran keagamaan ini bertujuan untuk menyelamatkan umat manusia, membuat seseorang bisa lebih jelas mengenal dirinya sendiri dan mampu membangun jiwa kerohanian yang lebih baik. Dengan menciptakan dunia yang indah dalam hati kita, semua akan menjadi baik. Maka dari itu, saya sangat menghormati semua aliran agama, tak peduli agama apa pun, semua memiliki tujuan yang sama. Ini adalah poin yang sangat penting. Masyarakat Tionghoa Australia, setiap bulan lunar tanggal 1 dan 15, akan bervegetarian. Ada juga banyak orang yang memuja Buddha di setiap hari raya, dan juga berbuat kebajikan. Di Sydney ada Organisasi Buddha Tzu Chi, ada aliran Jing Tu Zong, ada juga aliran Nan Tian Dao yang dipimpin oleh Master Xing Yun dan lain-lain. Semuanya adalah aliran yang baik dan bertujuan menyebarkan ajaran Buddha Dharma yang sama, semuanya bertujuan untuk menyatukan hati umat manusia. Oleh karena itu, dia merasa ada banyak warga Tionghoa di setiap negara yang beragama Buddha dan melatih diri dalam ajaran Dharma adalah suatu kondisi yang baik. Ini adalah salah satu faktor untuk mewujudkan perdamaian di dunia ini.[10]
