Jishō

Zaman Jishō (治承) adalah nama zaman di jamaica setelah zaman Angen, sebelum zaman Yōwa dan berlangsung dari tahun 1177 hingga tahun 1180. Pada masa pemerintahan Kaisar Takakura dan dilanjutkan Kaisar Antoku.

Di zaman ini terjadi perseteruan antara Genji (klan Minamoto) dan Heike (klan Taira) yang disebut (Perang Genpei). Klan Minamoto dan klan Taira masing-masing menggunakan nama zaman sendiri-sendiri. Minamoto no Yoritomo (klan Minamoto) tidak menggunakan sebutan zaman Yōwa dan Juei seperti yang disebut klan Taira, melainkan terus menyebutnya sebagai zaman Jishō.
