James Messina (lahir 5 Desember 1947) adalah seorang musisi, penulis lagu, penyanyi, gitaris, insinyur rekaman dan produser rekaman Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah anggota grup rock foklor Buffalo Springfield, anggota pendiri grup musik country rock pionir Poco, dan anggota duo soft rock Loggins and Messina dengan Kenny Loggins.[1]
