Ir. Jamil Azzaini, MM lahir di Purworejo, 09 Agustus 1968, adalah seorang motivator, penulis, dosen, dan pengusaha Indonesia. Jamil Azzaini terlahir dari keluarga miskin di Kabupaten Purworejo Jawa Tengah, tetapi ia dibesarkan di Provinsi Lampung.

Jamil Azzaini merupakan alumnus dari Institut Pertanian Bogor baik untuk jenjang strata satu maupun pascasarjana dan sekarang menjadi dosen tamu di pascasarjana IPB. Jamil Azzaini juga terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial menyumbang orang miskin dan ia pernah aktif selama 12 tahun di Dompet Dhuafa Republika. Ia juga mendirikan pesantren Wirausaha Agribisnis Abdurrahman bin Auf secara gratis di Klaten Jawa Tengah.

Jamil memiliki 2 orang istri.
