H. Jamaluddin Pohan (lahir 4 Februari 1966) adalah Wali Kota Sibolga periode 2021-2024. Ia menjabat sejak 26 Februari 2021 setelah dilantik Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Edy Rahmayadi di Aula Tengku Rizal Nurdin Rumah Dinas Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Medan.[1] Ia juga merupakan politisi Partai NasDem dan dipercaya sebagai Ketua DPD Partai NasDem Kota Sibolga.[2]
