JXTG Holdings (JXTGホールディングス株式会社code: ja is deprecated ) adalah sebuah konglomerat minyak dan gas yang berkantor pusat di Tokyo, Jepang. Pada tahun 2012, perusahaan multinasional ini mempekerjakan 24.691 orang di seluruh dunia, dan hingga bulan Maret 2013, JX Holdings merupakan perusahaan dengan pendapatan terbesar ke-43 di dunia. Sejak bulan April 2017, JX Holdings dan TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. mengintegrasikan bisnisnya ke dalam JXTG Group.
JXTG Holdings didirikan pada tanggal 1 April 2010, melalui pengalihan saham bersama-sama antara Nippon Oil Corporation dan Nippon Mining Holdings, Inc. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2010, semua bisnis dari kedua perusahaan tersebut diintegrasikan dan direorganisasi ke dalam JX Holdings, dan menghasilkan tiga perusahaan inti, yakni :[3]
