Jeffrey Jacob "J. J." Abrams (lahir 27 Juni 1966) adalah sutradara, produser, penulis, dan penggubah berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang terkenal dengan karyanya dalam genre laga, drama, dan fiksi ilmiah.
