Ixtlilxochitl Ome Tochtli (1380-1418) adalah penguasa (tlatoani) negara kota Texcoco dari tahun 1409 hingga 1418 dan ayahanda "raja penyair" yang terkenal, Nezahualcoyotl.

Ia mengklaim sebagai keturunan kepala-kepala suku legendaris Chichimec, Raja Xolotl dan Nopaltzin. Ixtlixochitl menjadi tlatoani Texcoco pada tahun 1409 setelah kematian ayahnya, Techotlala. Selama beberapa tahun sesudahnya, Ixtlilxochitl terus membayar upeti kepada sebuah kota Tepanec yang disebut Azcapotzalco yang dipimpin oleh tlatoani Tezozomoc. Namun, Ixtlilxochitl muak dengan hal ini, dan ia akhirnya menikahi seorang putri Mexica yang bernama Matlalcihuatzin alih-alih putri kandung Tezozomoc; Matlalcihuatzin sendiri merupakan anak perempuan Huitzilihuitl, tlatoani Tenochtitlan.[1]

Sebagai tanggapan terhadap tindakan pembangkangan Ixtlilxochitl, Tezozomoc memimpin pasukan yang besar (termasuk pasukan Mexica) dan mengobarkan perang melawan Texcoco. Walaupun awalnya cukup berhasil, serangan Tezozomoc berhasil dihalau. Ixtlilxochitl menanggapinya dengan mengepung kota Azcapotzalco selama beberapa bulan. Namun, ia tidak dapat merebut kota tersebut, sehingga pasukannya mundur ke Texcoco.

Pada tahun berikutnya, pasukan Tepanec yang juga didukung oleh kontingen Mexica kembali mengepung Texcoco dan kali ini berhasil mengusir Ixtlilxochitl. Ixtlilxochitl terpojok di kaki bukit di Gunung Tlaloc. Anaknya, Nezahualcoyotl, menyaksikan kematiannya dari cabang pohon.
