Komjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Ito Sumardi Djunisanyoto (lahir 17 Juni 1953) adalah Kepala Badan Reserse Kriminal Mabes Polri (Kabareskrim) sejak 30 November 2009[1] hingga 6 Juli 2011 menggantikan Komjen Pol Susno Duadji.

Sebelum menjabat Kabareskrim, Ito adalah Koorsahli Kapolri dan pernah menjabat Kapolda di dua provinsi yang berbeda. Yakni Riau dan Sumatera Selatan. Selama menjabat Kapolda Riau pada periode 2005-2006, nama Ito pernah tersandung skandal beking judi yang membuat dia di-"Mabeskan" saat menjadi Kapolda Sumsel. Selama setahun terakhir itulah dia menjabat Koorsahli.

Penunjukan Ito pada 24 November 2009 diumumkan oleh Kadiv Humas Mabes Polri, Irjen Pol Nanan Soekarna.

Pada 9 Desember 2009, Ito yang semula berpangkat Inspektur Jenderal Polisi dinaikkan menjadi Komisaris Jenderal Polisi[2] dengan tiga bintang di pundak, sebab posisi Kabareskrim yang dia pegang mengharuskan perwira tinggi dengan pangkat Komjen.
