Interstate 35 ( I-35 ) adalah jalan raya antar negara bagian utama di Amerika Serikat bagian tengah. Seperti kebanyakan jalan antar negara bagian utama yang berakhir dengan angka lima, ini adalah rute utara-selatan lintas negara utama. Membentang dari Laredo, Texas, dekat perbatasan Meksiko hingga Duluth, Minnesota, di Minnesota State Highway 61 (MN 61, Jalan London) dan 26 Jalan Timur.[3] Jalan raya ini terbagi menjadi I-35E dan I-35W di dua tempat terpisah, metroplex Dallas – Fort Worth di Texas dan di kota kembar Minnesota, Minneapolis – Saint Paul .

Pada 1.568 mil (2.523 km), I-35 adalah Jalan Raya Antar Negara Bagian terpanjang kesembilan setelah I-94, dan merupakan Jalan Raya Antar Negara Bagian Utara-Selatan terpanjang ketiga, setelah I-75 dan I-95 . Meskipun jalur tersebut secara umum dianggap sebagai jalan raya lintas batas, jalan raya ini tidak terhubung langsung dengan perbatasan internasional mana pun. Terminal selatan I-35 adalah sinyal lalu lintas di Jalan Hidalgo di Laredo, Texas, tidak jauh dari perbatasan Meksiko. Wisatawan yang menuju ke selatan dapat melalui salah satu dari dua jembatan tol yang melintasi Rio Grande dan perbatasan, baik langsung menuju Jembatan Internasional Juárez–Lincoln, atau melalui Business Interstate<span typeof="mw:Entity" id="mwLA"> </span>35-A (Bus. I-35-A) melalui pusat kota Laredo ke Gerbang ke Jembatan Internasional Amerika . Di utara, I-35 berakhir di Duluth, Minnesota, dengan koneksi ke Kanada dari terminal Interstate melalui MN 61 ke Grand Portage, atau utara ke perbatasan di International Falls, Minnesota, melalui US Route<span typeof="mw:Entity" id="mwMg"> </span>53 (AS 53) di Duluth.

Selain wilayah Dallas–Fort Worth dan Minneapolis–Saint Paul, kota-kota besar yang juga dihubungkan oleh I-35 meliputi (dari selatan ke utara) San Antonio, Texas ; Austin, Texas ; Kota Oklahoma, Oklahoma ; Wichita, Kansas ; Kota Kansas, Missouri ; dan Des Moines, Iowa.
