Ilocos Region Filipina ('Sagor na Baybay na Luzon Region in Pangasinan), ditetapkan sebagai Region I terletak di barat laut Luzon. Dia dibatasi oleh Wilayah Administratif Cordillera dan Lembah Cagayan di timur, Luzon Tengah di selatan dan oleh Laut China Selatan di barat.

Wilayah ini terdiri dari empat provinsi, yaitu: Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union dan Pangasinan. Pusat regionnya adalah Kota San Fernando, La Union. Wilayah ini kebanyakan ditinggali oleh suku Pangasinan dan Ilocano.
