Ikatan Dokter Hewan Karantina Indonesia (disingkat IDHKI) adalah organisasi profesi yang mewadahi dokter hewan di bidang perkarantinaan di Indonesia. Anggota IDHKI adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil lingkup karantina hewan dan karantina ikan, yang bertugas (atau pernah bertugas) di Badan Karantina Pertanian (Barantan), Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia atau di Badan Karantina Ikan, Pengendalian Mutu, dan Keamanan Hasil Perikanan (BKIPM), Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia.

Ikatan Dokter Hewan Karantina Indonesia merupakan salah satu Organisasi Non-Teritorial (ONT) dari Perhimpunan Dokter Hewan Indonesia (PDHI) yang berdiri sejak dikukuhkan pada kongres PDHI XIII di Lampung tahun 1998[1]. Pembentukan IDHKI dilakukan untuk mewadahi profesi dokter hewan karantina dalam mencegah masuk, tersebar, dan keluarnya hama dan penyakit hewan karantina.[2] IDHKI dipimpin oleh drh. Mulyanto, M.M. sebagai Ketua periode 2018–2022 sesuai hasil Musyawarah Nasional keenam pada 23 Maret 2018.[3]

Dalam Munas 2018, tercatat IDHKI memiliki 52 komisariat seluruh Indonesia mengikuti jumlah UPT Badan Karantina Pertanian yang ada.

Musyawarah Nasional VII pada 25 Maret 2022 di Balai Uji Terap Teknik dan Metode Karantina Pertanian, Bekasi, secara aklamasi memilih drh. Mulyanto, MM untuk memimpin IDHKI periode 2022-2026.

Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, IDHKI bermitra dengan Ikatan Paramedik Karantina Hewan Indonesia (IPKHI).
