Ichiki Tatsuo atau Abdul Rahman (䝢㲳֛) (lahir di kota Taraki, prefektur Kumamoto, selatan Kyushu, Jepang pada 1906[1] - meninggal di Dampit, Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia pada 9 Januari 1949) adalah seorang pembelot Jepang yang berpihak pada Indonesia. Ia adalah anak ketiga dari enam bersaudara. Pada masa kecil, orangtuanya bercerai dan ia ikut ibunya.[2] Ia mula-mula datang ke Nusantara dengan bekerja di studio foto milik temannya, Tsuruoka Kazuo, yang terletak di Pagar Alam, dekat Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.[2] Pada Oktober 1943, Ichiki bekerja sebagai petugas paruh waktu di Divisi Pendidikan Peta di Bogor.[2]

Pembelotannya terhadap Jepang dimulai saat Ichiki mendapatkan kabar menyerahnya Jepang pada 15 Agustus 1945[2] Setelah Perang Dunia II, Ichiki menjadi penasehat Divisi Pendidikan Peta, dimana yang diberikan nama Abdul Rachman diberikan oleh Agus Salim.[2] Ia kemudian menjadi Wakil Komandan Pasukan Gerilya Istimewa[3]
