iTunes Store, awalnya iTunes Music Store, adalah toko media digital daring berbasis perangkat lunak yang dioperasikan Apple Inc. Toko ini dibuka pada 28 April 2003 dan merupakan penjual musik terbesar di Amerika Serikat sejak April 2008,[2] terbesar di dunia sejak Februari 2010.[3] iTunes menawarkan lebih dari 28 juta lagu, video, buku elektronik, dan aplikasi yang dijual secara daring.[1] Pendapatan iTunes Store pada kuartal pertama 2011 nyaris mencapai US$1,4 miliar.[4] Pada 6 Februari 2013, toko ini telah menjual 25 miliar lagu.

Jika kebanyakan berkas unduhan awalnya mencakup batasan pemakaian yang diberlakukan FairPlay (penerapan manajemen hak digital atau DRM oleh Apple), iTunes mulai menjual musik bebas DRM di sebagian negara dengan nama iTunes Plus. Pada 6 Januari 2009, Apple mengumumkan telah menghapus DRM dari 80% katalog musiknya di Amerika Serikat.[5] Seluruh isi iTunes Plus dapat diakses di Amerika Serikat pada 7 April 2009, bersamaan dengan penerapan model harga tiga lapis.[6] Tetap saja, episode televisi, buku, dan film masih terlindungi FairPlay. Per September 2012, iTunes Store memliki 400 juta akun pengguna aktif dan melayani lebih dari 315 juta perangkat genggam, termasuk iPod, iPhone, dan iPad.[7]
