Humes Preparatory Academy Middle School, dulunya L. C. Humes High School, adalah sebuah sekolah menengah di Memphis, Tennessee. Sekolah tersebut dibuka sebagai perguruan tinggi dari 1930an sampai 1967 dan kemudian menjadi sekolah menengah di distrik Memphis City Schools. Pada 2004, sekolah tersebut dimasukkan pada National Register of Historic Places karena hubungannya dengan Elvis Presley, yang lulus dari sekolah tersebut pada 1953. Sekolah tersebut memiliki sejumlah alumni dari sekitaran Porter-Leath dari masa-masanya sebagai sebuah panti asuhan dan sekarang tempat pengasuhan.

Pada 2012, sekolah tersebut dibuka sebagai sebuah sekolah carter yang dijalankan oleh Gestalt Community Schools.[2] Pada 2017, kontrol sekolah tersebut diumumkan akan dialihkan ke Frayser Community schools saat Gestalt akan keluar setelah pendanaan dan murid yang masuk menurun.[3]
