Hilman Indra (lahir 06 Juli 1960)[1] adalah politikus Indonesia kelahiran Palembang yang pernah menjabat sebagai Anggota DPR RI periode 2004—2009 yang berasal dari Partai Bulan Bintang dan mewakili daerah pemilihan Banten I (dahulu Kabupaten dan Kota Serang, Cilegon, Lebak, dan Pandeglang).[2] Sebelumnya, Ia sempat dicalonkan sebagai Wakil Gubernur Banten pada tahun 2003.[2] Ia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka untuk kasus korupsi pada tahun 2008 oleh KPK terkait kasus yang menyangkut Al Amin Nur Nasution dengan tugas terakhir sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi IV DPR RI[3] dan kemudian dituntut lima tahun penjara terkait kasus Anggoro Widjojo (proyek Sistem Komunikasi Radio Terpadu (SKRT) di Departemen Kehutanan dan program alih fungsi hutan lindung di Tanjung Api-api, Sumatera Selatan) bersama dengan Sarjan Tahir, Azwar Chesputra, dan Fachri Andi Leluasa dengan tuduhan menerima uang tunai sebesar Rp. 260 juta dari Yusuf Erwin Faishal yang menerima dari rekanan Pemprov Sumatera Selatan, Chandra Antonio Tan.[4][5][6][7][8] Ia sebelumnya menjadi Calon Anggota Legislatif Partai Bulan Bintang untuk daerah pemilihan Lampung II (Lampung Timur, Lampung Tengah, Lampung Utara, Tulang Bawang, Tulang Bawang Barat, Mesuji) pada Pemilihan umum Legislatif 2009.[9]
