Hilman Djajadiningrat (EYD: Hilman Jayadiningrat, 28 Februari 1896 – 25 November 1963) adalah seorang bangsawan dan politikus Indonesia.
Lahir di Kabupaten Serang, Hilman masuk birokrasi setelah selesai belajar di Hogere Burgerschool. Ia mulai bekerja sebagai pegawai di Kantor Perumahan Jakarta, dan kemudian menjadi wedana untuk beberapa kawedanan (kecamatan) di Jawa Barat. Setelah Indonesia merdeka, ia memihak faksi pro-Belanda melawan faksi pro-Indonesia dan mencalonkan diri sebagai calon Wali Negara Pasundan sebelum kalah dari Wiranatakusumah V. Ia kemudian diangkat menjadi Gubernur Wilayah Federal Batavia menyusul terbentuknya wilayah tersebut.
