Dr. Hatoli, S.Sy., M.H., (lahir 05 Januari 1992) adalah seorang pendakwah asal Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Ia berprofesi sebagai dosen di Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (Muamalah), Institut Agama Islam Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas.[1] Ustaz Hatoli dikenal memiliki ciri khas gaya dakwah yang menyenangkan dengan diselingi humor menggunakan bahasa khas Sambas.[2][3][4]

Ustaz Hatoli menyelesaikan pendidikan formal sebagai berikut:

- SD 02 Galing Sambas (lulus tahun 2005)

- Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) di Pondok Pesantren Muhammad Basiuni Imran, Sambas (lulus tahun 2008)

- Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Negeri 8 Jakarta (lulus tahun 2011)

- S1 Ahwalul Syakhsiyah (Hukum Keluarga) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta (lulus tahun 2015)

- S2 Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta (lulus tahun 2017)

- S3 bidang Dirasah Islamiah (Studi Islam) di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar.[5]
