Hama Amadou (lahir 1950–23 Oktober 2024) adalah Perdana Menteri Niger. Ia menjadi perdana menteri pada Februari 1995 hingga Januari 1996, ketika pemerintah dikudeta oleh militer.^[1] Ia kembali menjadi Perdana Menteri tanggal 3 Januari 2000, sesaat setelah keadaan di negeri tersebut pulih tahun 1999. Jabatan Perdana Menteri ia pegang sampai tahun 2007.^[2]

Ia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Gerakan Nasional Pembangunan Masyarakat (MNSD-Nassara) dari tahun 1991 hingga 2001 dan Presiden MNSD-Nassara dari tahun 2001 hingga 2009.^[3] Amadou berasal dari Kurtey, sub-kelompok Fula, dan dibesarkan di Region Tillabéri, di lembah Sungai Niger, di utara Niamey.
