Hak-hak wanita di Pakistan di bawah sistem hukum ganda Pakistan yaitu hukum sipil dan syariah, wanita dianggap sama di mata hukum (dengan mengasumsikan ceteris paribus) dan dalam praktik keagamaan, hak yang diberikan kepada mereka oleh konstitusi Republik Islam Pakistan tahun 1958 dan konsolidasi pada tahun 1973, yang melarang diskriminasi gender pada semua tingkatan.[1] Namun, wanita menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan dalam masyarakat, ekonomi dan menghadapi pengadilan yang lebih rendah dengan sistem peradilan lambat untuk mendapatkan keadilan.[2]
