Haboro (羽幌町, Haboro-chō) adalah sebuah kota yang bertempat di Subprefektur Rumoi, Hokkaido, Jepang.[1]

Per September 2016, kota ini memiliki estimasi jumlah penduduk sebesar 7.338 dan kepadatan penduduk sebesar 15,5 orang per km². Kota ini memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 472,49 km². Wilayah kota ini juga meliputi dua pulau yang ada di Laut Jepang, yaitu Pulau Yagishiri dan Teuri.

Kota Haboro secara resmi didirikan pada tahun 1921. Wilayah Desa Teuri dan Yagishiri (yang meliputi dua pulau yang bersangkutan) digabungkan ke dalam wilayah Haboro pada tahun 1955 dan 1959, berturut-turut.[1]
