Mo-sheung Grace Lau (lahir 19 Oktober 1991)[1] adalah seorang karateka asal Hong Kong. Pada 2018, ia memenangkan salah satu medali perunggu dalam lomba kata putri di Pesta Olahraga Asia 2018 yang diadakan di Jakarta, Indonesia.[1] Pada 2018, ia juga memenangkan salah satu medali perunggu dalam lomba kata putri di Kejuaraan Karate Dunia 2018 yang diadakan di Madrid, Spanyol.[2]

Ia dijadwalkan mewakili Hong Kong di Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 dalam bidang karate.[3][4]

Di Kejuaraan Karate Asia 2019 yang diadakan di Tashkent, Uzbekistan, ia memenangkan medali perak dalam lomba kata tunggal putri.[5][6]
