Geuzen (Prancis: Les Gueux, Inggris: Sea Beggar) adalah nama yang diberikan oleh konfederasi bangsawan Belanda Calvinis dan orang lainnya, yang sejak 1566 menentang kekuasaan Spanyol di Belanda. Kelompok ini merupakan kelompok yang paling sukses dari dalam beroperasi di laut, dan disebut juga Watergeuzen. Pada Perang Delapan Puluh Tahun, Direbutnya Brielle oleh Watergeuzen di 1572 memberikan pijakan pertama di darat bagi para pemberontak, yang akan menaklukkan Belanda utara dan mendirikan Republik Belanda. Mereka dapat dianggap baik sebagai privateer ataupun bajak laut, tergantung pada keadaan atau motivasi mereka. ^[1]^[2]
