Gereja Bunda Maria dari Gunung Karmel (圣母圣衣堂, Shèngmǔ shèng yī táng), dalam bahasa sehari-hari disebut Gereja Xizhimen (西直门天主堂) atau Xitang (西堂, Gereja Barat) oleh penduduk setempat, adalah Gereja Katolik Roma yang berada di sisi selatan Jalan Xizhimen Dalam No. 130, Beijing, Tiongkok.

Gereja ini merupakan yang terakhir di antara empat gereja Katolik bersejarah yang ada di Beijing, dibangun pada 1723 selama Dinasti Qing oleh misionaris Lazaris Italia bernama Teodorico Pedrini. Gereja Xitang menjadi gereja non-Yesuit pertama di Beijing.

Setelah kematian Pedrini, gereja ini dikelola oleh ordo Karmelit, setelah itu dilanjutkan oleh Agustinian yang berada di sana ketika dihancurkan pada 1811. Gereja Xitang dibangun kembali pada 1867. Setelah kehancuran kedua pada 1900 selama Pemberontakan Boxer, gereja ini dibangun lagi pada 1912 dan bertahan hingga seperti yang terlihat sampai saat ini.

Pilar Korintus yang halus dan lengkungan puncak bergaya Gotik di dalam gereja menciptakan kesan megah, elegan dan khusyuk bagi umat maupun pengunjung.^[1]

Terdapat coretan tulisan merah di gereja, peninggalan dari masa Revolusi Kebudayaan yang sengaja dipertahankan oleh pihak gereja.

Misa dilakukan dalam bahasa Prancis setiap hari Minggu pukul 11 pagi.^[2]
