Kolonel (Purn.) Gusti Terkelin Soerbakti (lahir 20 September 1937) adalah seorang purnawirawan TNI Angkatan Darat dan sekaligus merupakan pengusaha transportasi Indonesia. Ia merupakan pendiri Lorena Group yang menaungi beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa transportasi. Selain dikenal sebagai pengusaha dibidang transportasi, pria berdarah Suku Karo ini juga dikenal sebagai tokoh penting pada Organisasi Angkutan Darat (Organda).[2][3]
