Gérard Mestrallet (Paris, 1 April 1949) adalah seorang manajer Perancis. Mestrallet belajar di Institut d'études politiques de Toulouse, École nationale de l'aviation civile dan merupakan lulusan dari École Polytechnique dan École nationale d'administration. Pada tahun 1984, perusahaan ini bergabung dengan pemasok energi Perancis, GDF Suez.^[1]

Pertama sebagai Penasihat Khusus Presiden, kemudian sebagai Wakil Presiden Senior Bidang Perindustrian. Pada bulan Februari 1991, ia menjadi direktur jenderal Société générale de Belgique. Pada bulan Juli 1995, Mestrallet ditunjuk sebagai ketua dan manajer umum Compagnie de Suez, dan pada bulan Juni 1997 menjadi ketua dewan direksi Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux. Dari tahun 2001 hingga 2016 ia menjadi CEO dan hingga tahun 2018 menjadi ketua dewan direksi perusahaan Prancis GDF Suez (sejak 2015 Engie).^[2]

Pada tahun 2018, Mestrallet ditunjuk oleh Presiden Prancis Emmanuel Macron sebagai Ketua Eksekutif Badan Pengembangan Al-`Ula di Arab Saudi, yang bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan pariwisata dan budaya dalam kemitraan dengan Kerajaan Arab Saudi.^[3]^[4]
