Francesco Vincent "Frank" Serpico (lahir 14 April 1936) adalah seorang pensiunan perwira polisi New York City Police Department (NYPD) Amerika yang memegang kewarganegaraan Amerika dan Italia. Ia dikenal karena mengadukan pelanggaran tentang korupsi polisi pada akhir 1960an dan awal 1970an, sebuah tindakan yang membuat Mayor John V. Lindsay memajukan Komisi Knapp untuk melakukan penyelidikan di NYPD.^[3] Kebanyakan ketenaran Serpico datang setelah perilisan film tahun 1973 Serpico, yang berdasarkan pada buku karya Peter Maas dan dibintangi oleh Al Pacino dalam peran utama, yang membuat Pacino dinominasikan untuk sebuah Oscar.
