Firefox Lite

Firefox Lite, sebelumnya bernama Firefox Rocket, adalah peramban web ringan bebas dan sumber terbuka yang dikembangkan oleh Mozilla untuk ponsel pintar dan tablet Android. Firefox Lite awalnya hanya dirilis di Indonesia, tetapi kini tersedia di berbagai pasar negara berkembang. Berkas APK peramban ini berukuran 7 MB dengan fitur Mode Turbo diaktifkan secara baku. Fitur tersebut memblokir konten pihak ketiga pada halaman web seperti iklan dan pelacak. Firefox Lite juga mempunyai fungsi alihan (toggle) untuk menonaktifkan gambar web, dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat pemuatan halaman dan menggunakan lebih sedikit data seluler. Selain itu, Firefox Lite mempunyai mode penelusuran pribadi, tab, mode malam, dan pencuplikan gambar seluruh halaman.^[1]^[2]^[3] Peramban ini menggunakan mesin peramban bawaan Android, yaitu WebView. Dengan adanya perilisan Firefox for Android dan Firefox Focus yang berkemampuan seperti Firefox Lite, Mozilla mengakhiri dukungan untuk Firefox Lite pada 30 Juni 2021.^[4]^[5]
