Filipp Sergeyevich Oktyabrskiy (bahasa Rusia: Филипп Серге́евич Октябрьский, marga sebenarnya: Ivanov - Иванов; 23 Oktober 1899 – 8 Juli 1969) adalah seorang panglima angkatan laut Uni Soviet. Ia mulai bertugas dalam Armada Baltik pada November 1917. Dari 1925–27, ia belajar di Akademi Angkatan Laut di Leningrad.[2]
