Federasi Sepak Bola Haiti (bahasa Prancis: Fédération Haïtienne de Football, disingkat FHF) adalah badan sepak bola di Haiti, dan bertanggung jawab atas tim nasional Haiti. FHF adalah anggota CONCACAF sejak tahun 1961 dan bertanggung jawab atas sepak bola di Haiti dan semua kategori yang lebih rendah. Lapangan olahraga utamanya adalah stadion Cator Sylvio di Port-au-Prince.

Gempa bumi 2010

Federasi ini telah berjuang secara finansial selama bertahun-tahun, kehilangan semua kecuali dua dari lebih dari 30 pejabat resmi saat gempa 2010.[1] Juga karena gempa, lapangan stadion nasional, serta banyak stadion lainnya, diubah menjadi digunakan sebagai perumahan bagi korban dan pengungsi di tenda-tenda darurat.[1] Karena kerugian finansial dan pribadi dari federasi ini, FIFA dan individu-individu yang peduli olahraga menyumbangkan dana sekitar $ 3 juta untuk membangun kembali infrastruktur yang rusak atau hancur.[1]
