Fa gao atau huat kue (Hanzi sederhana: 发糕; Hanzi tradisional: 發粿; Pinyin: fāgāo; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: hoat-koé), juga disebut sebagai Fat pan (發粄; fa ban) oleh orang-orang Hakka,[1] kue kemakmuran,[2][3] kue keberuntungan,[4] kue bolu Kanton,[5] adalah kue kukus Tionghoa, seperti kue mangkuk.[6] Karena sering dicirikan dengan belahan atas saat dimasak, sering disebut kue kukus tersenyum Tionghoa atau bunga mekar.[6] Biasanya disantap saat tahun baru Imlek.[7] Hidangan ini juga dimakan di festival lain, pernikahan, dan pemakaman oleh orang-orang Hakka.[8]
