Mayor Jenderal TNI Mar (Purn.) Frederikus Saud Tambatua, S.E., M.Pd. (lahir 2 Februari 1962) adalah seorang purnawirawan perwira tinggi TNI Angkatan Laut yang terakhir menjabat sebagai Staf Khusus Kasal.

Saud merupakan alumni Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) angkatan-31 tahun 1986. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang dua ini adalah Pa Sahli Tk. III Bidang Polkamnas Panglima TNI.

Sejumlah penghargaan dan satya lencana, yakni Satya Lencana Kesetiaan VIII, XVI, XXIV, Dwidya Sistha I, Santi Dharma I, II, Dharma Nusa, serta tiga bintang jasa dari PBB yakni The United Nations Medal (UNPF), The United Nations Medal (UNIFIL), The United Nations Medal (UNMOP) karena sebelumnya juga pernah bertugas di Bosnia.

Karier Saud, juga tidak lepas dari pendidikan yang ia tempuh, yakni Diksepspa Mar tahun 1989, Sussarpa Intel dan Latihan Para Dasar tahun 1991, Suspa Kontra Intel tahun 1993, Dilkapa II Kopur dan Suspa Intelstrat tahun 1994, Seskoal XXXVI tahun 1999, Latap Danyon Kormar tahun 2003, Susopsgab tahun 2005, Dikreg Sesko TNI XXXVII tahun 2010 dan Dikreg Lemhanas RI XLVIII tahun 2012.[1][2][3]
