Embrace of the Serpent (bahasa Spanyol: El abrazo de la serpiente) adalah sebuah film drama petualangan Kolombia 2015 yang disutradarai oleh Ciro Guerra. Film tersebut memenangkan Art Cinema Award dalam sesi Directors' Fortnight di Festival Film Cannes 2015[2][3] dan film tersebut dinominasikan untuk Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-88.[4]

Film tersebut menampilkan dua cerita, yang berlangsung pada tahun 1909 dan 1940, keduanya dibintangi oleh Karamakate, seorang shaman Amazon dan korban selamat terakhir dari sukunya. Ia melakukan perjalanan bersama dengan dua ilmuwan, Theodor Koch-Grunberg dari Jerman dan Richard Evans Schultes dari Amerika, untuk menemukan yakruna, sebuah tanaman keramat. Film tersebut terinspirasi dari buku harian yang ditulis oleh dua ilmuwan tersebut pada saat di Amazon.
