Emberton adalah desa dan paroki sipil di wilayah wewenang tunggal Kota Milton Keynes, di Buckinghamshire, Inggris.[2] Desa ini terletak dekat perbatasan dengan Northamptonshire dan Bedfordshire, tepat di selatan Olney, 4 mil (6,4 km) di utara Newport Pagnell, dan 7 mil (11 km) di timur laut Pusat Milton Keynes.

Paroki Emberton terbentuk dari tiga desa yang digabungkan untuk tujuan keagamaan pada tahun 1650: Petsoe, Ekeney, dan Emberton. Saat ini, tidak ada yang tersisa dari Ekeney, dan Petsoe hanya ada sebagai sebuah pemukiman kecil yang disebut Petsoe End.[3]

Nama desa ini adalah kata dalam bahasa Inggris Kuno yang berarti "Peternakan Eanbeorht." Dalam Domesday Book tahun 1086, desa ini disebut Ambretone;[4] dalam catatan manorial tahun 1227, disebut Emberdestone, dan pada abad keempat belas disebut Embirtone.

Pada abad kedua belas, manor ini dimiliki oleh keluarga Paynel (sic) dari Newport Pagnell. Gereja paroki ini didedikasikan untuk All Saints (Semua Orang Kudus).

Meskipun tidak ada toko di desa ini, terdapat sebuah pub desa yang disebut Bell and Bear di tempat bekas Bell Inn. Bekas Bear Inn sebelumnya terletak di dekat Petsoe di mana sekarang berjalan A509.
