Dalam mitologi Hindu, Druhyu (Sanskerta: द्रुह्यु; Druhyu) adalah putera pertama dari pasangan Maharaja Yayati dengan Sarmista, pelayannya sekaligus istri keduanya. Druhyu merupakan saudara tiri Yadu dan Turwasu, karena lain ibu namun satu ayah.
Karena ayahnya melanggar janji pernikahan, maka ia dikutuk oleh Mahaguru Sukra (mertuanya) agar menjadi tua lebih cepat. Maharaja Yayati lalu memanggil putera-puteranya untuk mewarisi kutukannya, tetapi empat di antara mereka menolak, termasuk Druhyu. Hanya Puru yang bersedia menanggung kutukan ayahnya.
Akhirnya Druhyu bersama dengan saudaranya yang lain tidak berhak mewarisi kerajaan ayahnya, dan dikutuk agar susah memiliki keturunan. Mereka mendirikan kerajaannya sendiri-sendiri. Keturunan Yadu menurunkan Wangsa Yadawa, Turwasu menurunkan Yawana, Druhyu menurunkan Suku Bhoja dan leluhur Kerajaan Gandhara, keturunan Anu menjadi suku primitif, sedangkan Puru menurunkan Wangsa Paurawa.
