H. Dinullah Rayes (lahir 7 Februari 1939) adalah seorang sastrawan dan budayawan Indonesia asal Nusa Tenggara Barat.[1][2]

Dinullah pernah berkarier sebagai guru SD dari tahun 1956 hingga 1965. Kariernya kemudian berlanjut menjadi Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sumbawa, lalu sebagai Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Kebudayaan Kandep Dikbud Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Ia juga dipercaya memimpin sebagai Ketua Umum Dewan Kesenian Sumbawa serta Ketua Lembaga Adat Tana Samawa.[1][3]

Dinullah Rayes telah aktif menulis sejak tahun 1956. Tulisannya dalam bentuk puisi, cerpen, esai, naskah drama, serta artikel kesenian dan kebudayaan telah tersebar di berbagai media massa, seperti Abadi, Pelita, Suara Karya, Panji Masyarakat, Salemba, Tifa Sastra, Seloka, Sarinah, Suara Muhammadiyah, Harmonis, Amanah, Sinar Harapan, Forum, Tribun, Swadesi, Republika, Bali Post, Nusa Tenggara, Suara Nusa, Dewan Sastra Malaysia, dan lainnya.[3]

Puisi Jakarta

Dinullah Rayes menjelaskan konsep keterasingan diri dalam puisinya yang berjudul Jakarta. Dalam puisi ini, ia menjelaskan bahwa rasa kesepian dapat pula muncul pada diri seseorang meskipun ia hidup di kota besar seperti Jakarta.[4]
