Die Welt (secara harfiah berarti The World atau Dunia) adalah surat kabar harian nasional Jerman, diterbitkan dalam format lembar lebar oleh Axel Springer SE. Die Welt adalah surat kabar utama dari kelompok penerbitan Axel Springer. Pesaing utamanya adalah Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Süddeutsche Zeitung, dan Frankfurter Rundschau. Surat kabar modern ini mengambil posisi "kosmopolitan liberal" dalam pengeditannya, tetapi umumnya dianggap konservatif.[1][2][3]

Hingga tahun 2016, sirkulasi rata-rata Die Welt sekitar 180.000 eksemplar. Surat kabar ini dapat diperoleh di lebih dari 130 negara. Edisi regional harian muncul di Berlin dan Hamburg. Tambahan regional harian juga muncul di Bremen. Kantor redaksi utama berada di Berlin, berkolaborasi dengan Berliner Morgenpost.

Die Welt adalah anggota pendiri European Dailies Alliance, dan memiliki kerja sama jangka panjang dengan surat kabar harian sejenis dari negara lain, termasuk The Daily Telegraph (Inggris), Le Figaro (Prancis), dan ABC (Spanyol).

Dari tahun 2004 hingga 2019, surat kabar ini juga menerbitkan edisi ringkas yang disebut Welt Kompakt, versi yang dipangkas menjadi 32 halaman dari lembar lebar utama yang ditargetkan untuk khalayak muda. Surat kabar ini tidak terbit pada hari Minggu, tetapi publikasi terkaitnya, Welt am Sonntag, mengambil tempatnya.
