Richard "Dick" Lee Peng Boon (kelahiran 24 Agustus 1956) adalah seorang penyanyi pop, komposter, penulis lagu, dan pengarang drama Singapura. Ia paling dikenal sebagai juri Singapore Idol, tetapi sering juga menjadi jurubicara generasi New Asian.
Ia lahir dari ayah Peranakan, Lee Kip Lee, (yang menulis untuk The Straits Times), dan seorang ibu Tionghoa, Elizabeth Tan. Ia adalah anak sulung dari lima bersaudara, dengan tiga saudara laki-laki dan seorang almarhum saudari perempuan. Ia meraih pendidikan awalnya di St. Michael's School (sekarang SJI Junior) dan pendidikan menengahnya di St. Joseph's Institution. Pada 1992, ia menikah dengan penyanyi jazz Jacintha Abisheganaden dan bercerai beberapa tahun kemudian. Ia merupakan seorang penganut Katolik Roma.
