Delis Julkarson Hehi (lahir 25 Juli 1976) adalah Bupati Morowali Utara, provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia, periode 2021-2024.[1] Pada Pemilihan umum Bupati Morowali Utara 2020, Delis didampingi oleh wakilnya Djira, menang dengan selisih 1% (681 suara), mendapat 50.50% (34.335 suara).[2] Delis mulai menjabat sebagai bupati, sejak dilantik pada tanggal 30 April 2021, oleh gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Longki Djanggola, di gedung Pogomo kantor gubernur, kota Palu.[3]
