Deklarasi Frankfurt adalah nama umum yang merujuk pada seperangkat prinsip yang berjudul Aims and Tasks of Democratic Socialism (Tujuan dan Tugas Sosialisme Demokratis) yang diterbitkan pada 3 Juli 1951 oleh Sosialis Internasional di Frankfurt, Jerman Barat.[1] Deklarasi ini mengutuk kapitalisme karena menempatkan "hak kepemilikan di atas hak manusia", yang menyebabkan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi dan dukungan historisnya terhadap imperialisme dan fasisme.[1]

Deklarasi Frankfurt diperbarui pada Kongres Sosialis Internasional Ke-18 di Stockholm pada Juni 1989.[2] Deklarasi ini menyatakan bahwa kapitalisme bertepatan dengan "krisis yang menghancurkan dan pengangguran massal".[3] Memuji perkembangan negara kesejahteraan sebagai penantang kapitalisme dan menyatakan oposisinya terhadap Komunisme Bolshevik.[3] Menyatakan bahwa sosialisme adalah gerakan internasional yang bersifat plural dan membutuhkan pendekatan berbeda untuk keadaan yang berbeda.[1] Namun, deklarasi ini juga menyatakan bahwa sosialisme murni hanya dapat dicapai melalui demokrasi.[1] Menurut Deklarasi, tujuan ekonomi sosialisme termasuk pada lapangan kerja penuh, negara kesejahteraan dan pencapaian kepemilikan sosial melalui berbagai cara, termasuk nasionalisasi, pembentukan koperasi untuk melawan badan usaha swasta kapitalis dan/atau mengamankan hak serikat pekerja.[1]

Deklarasi tersebut menyatakan bahwa perencanaan ekonomi dan sosial tidak harus dicapai melalui bentuk sentralisasi, tetapi dapat pula dicapai dalam bentuk desentralisasi.[1] Deklarasi mengecam segala bentuk diskriminasi, baik itu ekonomi, hukum atau politik. Kesemuanya harus dihapuskan, termasuk diskriminasi terhadap perempuan, ras, daerah, dan kelompok sosial lainnya.[1] Selain itu, Deklarasi juga mengecam segala bentuk kolonialisme dan imperialisme.[1]
