Dataran Tinggi Yunnan-Guizhou atau sering disingkat Dataran Tinggi Yungui (Hanzi sederhana: 云贵高原; Hanzi tradisional: 雲貴高原; Pinyin: Yúnguì Gāoyuán) adalah wilayah dataran tinggi yang terletak di Tiongkok Barat Daya. Sesuai dengan namanya, dataran tinggi ini terutama berada di provinsi Yunnan dan Guizhou. Bagian barat daya Yungui merupakan dataran tinggi yang sebenarnya karena bentuk dataran tingginya relatif lebih datar, dibandingkan dengan bagian timur lautnya yang umumnya berbukit, memiliki ngarai dan topografi karst.
Dataran Tinggi Yungui memisahkan Cekungan Sichuan dari Tiongkok Selatan. Daerah ini telah lama dianggap sebagai daerah terpencil di Tiongkok.[1] Saat ini, wilayah Yungui merupakan salah satu daerah yang paling tertinggal secara ekonomi bersama dengan provinsi Guizhou dan Yunnan, ketiganya berada di peringkat tiga terbawah berdasarkan daftar Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Tiongkok.[2] Masih banyak penduduk di Dataran Tinggi Yungui yang hidup dengan cara tradisional di pedesaan.
