Dalil

Dalil adalah suatu hal yang dicari pada apa yang dicari; berupa alasan, keterangan dan pendapat yang merujuk pada pengertian, hukum dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan apa yang dicari.[1][2] Dalam Islam, dalil dapat dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu dalil naqli yang adalah Al-Quran dan hadis Nabi dan dalil aqli yang adalah pemikiran ulama.[3] Al-Quran dan hadis Nabi disebut dalil naqli karena isinya diambil dari Nabi Muhammad SAW yang berasal dari Allah serta dari perbuatan Nabi dan sahabatnya.[3] Keduanya bukan berasal dari manusia karena merupakan wahyu Allah.[3] Dalil naqli sudah pasti benar hukumnya.[3] Sementara, dalil aqli merupakan dalil yang diperoleh dari bukti ilmu pengetahuan dan argumentasi ulama (orang-orang yang memiliki kemampuan pengetahuan tentang hal tersebut) argumen yang dihasilkan oleh para pemikir Islam atau disebut sebagai ijtihad ulama.[3] Pemikiran para ulama ini bisa benar bisa salah. Ajaran dan ayat Al-Quran yang bisa dipastikan tafsiran dan maknanya disebut dalil qat’i.[3] Dalil inilah yang menjadi dasar ajaran Islam.[3] Sementara ayat Al-Quran yang bisa menimbulkan beberapa interpretasi tidak dipakai sebagai ajaran utama Islam.[3] Ada beberapa pembagian dalil aqli, yaitu wajib aqli, yaitu kepastian akal sehat menerima suatu kepastian tertentu. Ada 2 pembagian lagi dari wajib aqli. Ada wajib aqli badhihi, yaitu kebenaran yang dapat diterima tanpa pembuktian yang berupa penelitian. Contohnya 1+1 pasti jawabannya adalah 2. Dan wajib aqli nazhari, yaitu kebenaran sesuatu yang dapat diterima akal sehat setelah dilakukan penelitian secara seksama. Contohnya benda yang dilempar pasti jatuh ke bawah. Mustahil aqli, yaitu akal sehat mengingkari sesuatu yang terjadi. Pada mustahil aqli juga terbagi menjadi dua. Ada mustahil aqli badhi contohnya baju bayi tidak mungkin muat dipakai orang dewasa. Ada juga mustahil aqli nashari. Jaiz aqli,yaitu akal sehat bisa jadi menerima sesuatu atau bisa juga mengingkarinya. Contohnya bila mendung bisa jadi terjadi hujan bisa jadi tidak.
