D1CE (Hangul: 디원스; diucapkan sebagai "The Once") adalah grup vokal pria Korea Selatan yang dibentuk oleh Happy Face Entertainment. Grup ini terdiri dari lima anggota: Jo Yong-geun, Kim Hyun-soo, Jung Yoo-jun, Park Woo-dam dan Woo Jin-young. Mereka debut pada 1 Agustus 2019 dengan album mini Wake Up: Roll the World.

Riwayat

Pradebut

Jung Yoo-jun merupakan peserta seri survival Mnet Boys24 pada 2016, menjadi anggota grup pradebut Unit Blue.

Park Woo-dam, Woo Jin-young, dan Jo Yong-geun merupakan peserta seri survival Mnet Produce 101 Season 2 pada 2017 sebagai perwakilan dari anak perusahaan Happy Face, HF Music Company. Woo-dam meraih peringkat ke-35, Jin-young meraih peringkat ke-40, dan Yong-geun meraih peringkat ke-93.

Park Woo-dam, Woo Jin-young, Jo Yong-geun, Kim Hyun-soo dan anggota pelatihan Happy Face lainnya berpartisipasi dalam seri survival JTBC Mix Nine pada September 2017.[1] Jin-young meraih peringkat pertama dan menjadi anggota dari grup pemenang, tetapi debut dari grup tersebut dibatalkan setelah negosiasi kontrak antara agensi acara dan agensi masing-masing pemenang tidak mencapai kesepakatan.[2] Hyun-soo meraih peringkat ke-14 dan Yong-geun meraih peringkat ke-25.

Seluruh anggota sebelumnya diperkenalkan sebagai grup pradebut HNB (HappyFace Next Boys) dan telah merilis beberapa lagu sebagai unit atau duo sejak 2017.

Pada Maret 2019, Happy Face Entertainment mengonfirmasi lima anggota akan debut dalam satu grup dan akan mendirikan label khusus untuk grup tersebut.[3] Nama grup merupakan hasil dari pemungutan suara oleh penggemar.[4]

Pada 29 April 2019, D1CE Entertainment mengonfirmasi Jin-young akan berpartisipasi dalam seri kompetisi rap Mnet Show Me The Money 8 serta mengonfirmasi rencana debut D1CE pada musim panas.[5]

2019: Debut dengan Wake Up: Roll the World

Pada 1 Agustus 2019, mereka merilis album mini debut Wake Up: Roll the World, dengan singel utama "Wake Up". Showcase debut mereka digelar pada hari yang sama di SAC Art Hall.[6][7]

2020-sekarang: Draw You: Remember Me dan singel digital baru

Pada 17 Juni 2020, mereka merilis album mini kedua Draw You: Remember Me, dengan singel utama "Draw You".[8]

Pada 18 Agustus, mereka merilis singel kolaborasi "One Summer" bersama Clef Crew.

Pada 30 November, mereka merilis singel digital "Good Day".[9]

Pada 10 Februari 2021, mereka merilis singel digital "You're My Destiny".[10]

Pada 6 Mei, Jo Yong-geun melaksanakan wajib militer.[11]

Pada 9 Juni, Woo Jin-young debut solo dengan album mini [3-2=A].[12]
