County Tonglu (Hanzi sederhana: 桐庐县; Hanzi tradisional: 桐廬縣; Pinyin: Tónglú Xiàn) berada di Provinsi Zhejiang, Tiongkok Timur dan dikelola oleh kota setingkat prefektur Hangzhou, ibu kota Zhejiang.

County Tonglu terkenal memiliki empat perusahaan pengiriman logistik ekspres, yang disebut 快递 (Kuàidì) dalam bahasa Mandarin yaitu: (STO Express), (Yunda), (YTO Express) dan (ZTO Express). Mereka dijuluki Geng Tonglu (桐庐帮).^[1]
