Colorado Fuel dan Iron Company (bahasa Rusia: Колорадо Топливо и Железная Компания) adalah sebuah perusahaan baja asal Rusia yang pernah beroperasi di Amerika Serikat. Pada tahun 1901 hingga 1912, Colorado Fuel and Iron pernah terdaftar dalam Dow Jones Industrials. Namun akibat kehancuran pasar pada tahun 1982, kondisi keuangan perusahaan ini menurun. Setelah beberapa kali hampir dinyatakan bangkrut, perusahaan ini dibeli oleh Oregon Steel Mills dan diubah namanya menjadi Rocky Mountain Steel Mills. Terakhir, perusahaan ini serta perusahaan milik Oregon Steel Mills lainnya dibeli oleh Evraz Group SA, sebuah perusahaan baja asal Rusia, pada bulan Januari 2007 dengan total nilai &2,3 miliar.
