Chromadorea adalah kelas dari jenis hewan cacing gelang, Nematoda.^[1] Jenis ini terdiri dari subkelas Chromadoria dan beberapa ordo lainnya. Direncanakan, Chromadoria akan dipisah jika terdapat beberapa klad baru, atau dibiarkan jika mereka dibuat untuk membentuk sebuah sorotan.

Dulunya, jenis ini adalah subkelas parafili "Adenophorea"^[1], yang telah diabaikan oleh beberapa peneliti modern.

Anggota dari hewan jenis ini biasanya memiliki gelang kecil, amfid mereka lebar dan spiral, dan mereka memiliki tiga kelenjar esofagus. Mereka biasanya hidup di endapan laut, tetapi mereka juga bisa hidup dimanapun. Mereka memiliki faring yang lebih bagus ketimbang cacing gelang lainnya.

Berhubungan dengan cacing tanah, cacing keremi, cacing tambang, dan Stongyloides.
