Cascade Investment LLC adalah sebuah perusahaan holding dan investasi swasta Amerika Serikat. Perusahaan ini diawasi oleh Bill Gates dan berkantor pusat di kota Kirkland, Washington.

Dilaporkan bahwa lebih dari setengah kekayaan Gates berada dalam bentuk aset selain saham Microsoft miliknya,[1] yang diduga hanya melalui Cascade Investment. Cascade adalah perusahaan pengganti Dominion Income Management, bekas kendaraan investasi kepemilikan Gates, yang dipimpin oleh sahabat lamanya, Andy Evans.
