CEVA Logistics adalah sebuah perusahaan global yang berbisnis di bidang logistik dan rantai pasok, baik manajemen kargo dan logistik kontrak, dengan pendapatan mencapai US$7 milyar. Perusahaan yang berkantor pusat di Baar, Swiss ini didirikan pada tahun 2007 sebagai hasil penggabungan antara TNT Logistics dan EGL Eagle Global Logistics. Hingga awal bulan Mei 2018, CEVA telah mempekerjakan lebih dari 56.000 orang di 160 negara yang dikelompokkan menjadi 17 klaster regional.[1][2]

CEVA Logistics lalu mengumumkan rencananya untuk mengadakan penawaran umum perdana pada bulan April 2018. Credit Suisse dan Morgan Stanley telah ditunjuk sebagai penjamin emisi, dengan Deutsche Bank, UBS, Berenberg, dan HSBC juga menangani penawaran umum perdana tersebut.[butuh rujukan] CEVA akhirnya resmi melantai di SIX Swiss Exchange pada tanggal 4 Mei 2018.[2]

Sebanyak 97,89% saham CEVA Logistics lalu diakuisisi oleh CMA CGM Group, yang kemudian juga berencana menarik CEVA dari Bursa Saham Zurich.[3]

Pada bulan Januari 2020, Mathieu Friedberg resmi ditunjuk sebagai CEO baru CEVA Logistics.

Pada pertengahan bulan Juni 2020, CEVA Logistics meluncurkan rencana ekspansinya untuk pasar Afrika.[4]
